I am still going to go and just ride the bike. I don't want to get out of the habit of going!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the cyst I have been referred to another doctor. I think they are going to take it out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the weight loss. I gained this last week. I am coming in at 182. I have not been as active in the gym and have been eating off my diet. I know what I did and can correct it going forward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know no one is perfect and people have set backs all the time. Yes I have joined a gym and even got a personal trainer! It is going great and I love JP, said trainer. Lose 20 lbs by Christmas... (first Mini Goal: Lose 5 lbs by Labor Day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Log 350 miles on the bike by the end of the year. (first Mini Goal: 60 miles by Labor Day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Be able to run a 5K by the end of the year. (first Mini Goal: be able to run 1 mile without getting winded... by Labor Day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can tell you now that the running is going to be very hard for me but I am going to attempt it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I weighed in today and am at 183. That puts me down 11 pounds since I started this blog! I have not been in the gym for 3 weeks! I have been so worn out that I just &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;didn't&lt;/span&gt; have the energy. But I went to the doctor and they ran &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;blood work&lt;/span&gt;. They are helping me in getting all my stuff back in order. :) So I did make it to the gym tonight for about 10 minutes, it is a start. I plan on going tomorrow for a full workout.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for food...Last week was a bad week. I gained a pound but that is &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;ok&lt;/span&gt;. I am getting back on track starting tomorrow. I am down 10 pounds! That gave me enough confidence to try on a shirt that I was supposed to take back because it was a tad to small and showed the extra Carie.....IT FITS!! I am wearing it now!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also had to take my bridesmaid dress in to get alterations, I was told that if I lose anymore weight that I was going to have to have it taken in! I am 110% &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;ok&lt;/span&gt; with that. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been slacking a bit last week and this week. I am still watching what I eat but am not working out. It seems I have &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;siatica&lt;/span&gt; and a lack of energy. I have seen a doctor regarding both issues and we are trying to find a fix for both issues. No clue on the calories really. We will say 600&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snack&lt;br /&gt;Tall Mocha &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Frappachino&lt;/span&gt; Light 110&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;1 slice Banana Roll Cake&lt;br /&gt;Corn 50&lt;br /&gt;2 slices bread 80 (40 each)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have no clue how many calories are in the cake. I just cant do this every day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 packets Peaches &amp;amp; Cream Oatmeal 260 calories&lt;br /&gt;13 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Ritz's&lt;/span&gt; Bits Cheese Sandwiches 150 calories&lt;br /&gt;Lean &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Cuisine&lt;/span&gt; Lemon Garlic Shrimp 350 calories&lt;br /&gt;Skinny Vanilla Latte from Starbucks 90 calories&lt;br /&gt;3 Cheesecake Bites 300 calories&lt;br /&gt;Homemade chili with cheese and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Frito's&lt;/span&gt; (I am guessing here) 600 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For liquid intake...&lt;br /&gt;16 oz Diet Coke&lt;br /&gt;58 oz Water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total for the day...1750&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did go to the gym as well. Burned 200 calories on the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;elliptical&lt;/span&gt; machine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall not bad. I realize I need to find a different breakfast but am burned out on eggs right now. I am braving the waters and trying to find the balance between being &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;healthy&lt;/span&gt; and living my life too. Let me tell you...it is hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am keeping up with what I eat and how much. This has helped me pinpoint that I have a major problem with eating at home late at night. The things I eat are not that great either. About once a day I have a bad meal. Like this morning I had a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;potato&lt;/span&gt; wrap, yesterday I had a huge &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;sandwich&lt;/span&gt;, the day before I had Tin Star. I always feel bad after eating it but it sounds so good that I just give in! I need to really work on this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It does not help that James is not dieting/eating better with me. He wont go work out either. I have noticed that I am eating to much at lunch and dinner. I am eating to much at dinner because I feel like I am starving. It has been about an hour since I completed this and my &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;legs&lt;/span&gt; are still funny feeling. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;lol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will stick with it. It is a good workout. You have 3 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;circuits&lt;/span&gt; per 20 minute work out. Today after work I stopped in and bought it. I have not tried it out yet because I am SO exhausted but I will check it out tomorrow. I promise!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For food today was not so bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pouch peaches and cream oatmeal for breakfast.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch I had a&lt;br /&gt;salad with celery, cucumbers, and fat free ranch dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;sandwich&lt;/span&gt;, wheat bread, chicken lunch meat, pepper jack cheese, with mustard&lt;br /&gt;1 small bag of Harvest Salsa Sun Chips&lt;br /&gt;Grapes for desert&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snack&lt;br /&gt;(here is the awful part)&lt;br /&gt;1 piece of pecan pie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner&lt;br /&gt;Spaghetti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Drinkage&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had 30 ounces of water&lt;br /&gt;20 ounces of &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;decaf&lt;/span&gt; tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not a totally awful day. This one is really good but needs a little salt. The picture does not make it look so good but trust me....James eats it and he is the most picky eater I know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Swiss Steak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Source: Betty &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Crocker's&lt;/span&gt; New Eat and Lose Weight&lt;br /&gt;Description:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qty Measure Ingredient&lt;br /&gt;------------------------------------------------------------&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 Pound beef boneless round, tip or chuck steak, about 3/4 inch thick&lt;br /&gt;3 Tablespoon all purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1 Teaspoon ground mustard&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Teaspoon Salt&lt;br /&gt;2 Teaspoon vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;1 Can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;undrained&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Clove garlic, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 Cup Water&lt;br /&gt;1 Large Onion, sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 Large green bell pepper, sliced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Instructions: Trim Fat from beef. I am in my friend Andi's wedding in July and must look good! You would think I would have done this for my own wedding. I like to use the excuse I was to busy planning to have time to get into shape!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am hoping that by putting this in writing it will help me stick to it better. I know it will help me keep track of what and how much I am eating. I know a lot of people are using the weight watchers point system. I have never been to WW so I dont know the point system well enought to use it but will post the points if I know them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here are my goals.&lt;br /&gt;1. Joina a gym and go at least 3 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;2. Make better choices when picking my foods.&lt;br /&gt;3.
