Set Back...

So I went to the doctor today and was told I have a golf ball size cyst and am not supposed to go to the gym. I am still going to go and just ride the bike. I don't want to get out of the habit of going!

As for the cyst I have been referred to another doctor. I think they are going to take it out.

As for the weight loss. I gained this last week. I am coming in at 182. I have not been as active in the gym and have been eating off my diet. I know what I did and can correct it going forward.

I know no one is perfect and people have set backs all the time. I am just going to stay positive and work through mine....not quit.

Here we go.....again....sigh

Ok so yet again I am going to lose weight. I have been at it ,this time, since the end of February. I am happy to report that I am down 7 pounds!

I am eating better and working out. Yes I have joined a gym and even got a personal trainer! It is going great and I love JP, said trainer. I will update this blog at least once a week on my weigh in day, Thursday.

How are the rest of you guys doing?!

Ok here we go...again.

I have been challenged by Jennifer, Tiffany, and Liz to do the following with them and I accepted the challenge!

1. Lose 20 lbs by Christmas... (first Mini Goal: Lose 5 lbs by Labor Day)

2. Log 350 miles on the bike by the end of the year. (first Mini Goal: 60 miles by Labor Day)

3. Be able to run a 5K by the end of the year. (first Mini Goal: be able to run 1 mile without getting winded... by Labor Day)

I can tell you now that the running is going to be very hard for me but I am going to attempt it!

I weighed in today and am at 183. That puts me down 11 pounds since I started this blog! I have not been exercising much and have not lost a lot but I am at least keeping it off!

I didn't plan to have under 1000 calories but dinner was different than what was planned. I was going to cook a fillet of fish but it turned out awful and I trashed it. LOL

Ok so today was a bad day. But I need to get better about blogging and I need to be held accountable so here it is.

Breakfast (guessing here)

Amy's frozen lunch=330

Peanut Butter crunchy bar=90 (gave blood and had to eat something before they would let me leave.)

Apparently I looked bad after giving blood and they told me to eat a big dinner so I used up the spaghetti stuff.

I am hoping that my dinner count is very high but it is done. Tomorrow is another day...

Fallen into a rut..

I have fallen into a rut. I have not been in the gym for 3 weeks! I have been so worn out that I just didn't have the energy. But I went to the doctor and they ran blood work. They are helping me in getting all my stuff back in order. :) So I did make it to the gym tonight for about 10 minutes, it is a start. I plan on going tomorrow for a full workout.

As for food...Last week was a bad week. I gained a pound but that is ok. I am getting back on track starting tomorrow. I say that because I have not kept track of my food today.
